Our hand-crafted premium beer is brewed in small batches in our Canadian-made brewhouse. Our brewing philosophy is to keep our ingredients simple and our processes to a minimum to make beer that allows the flavours and aromas to shine through. Of course, all our beer is brewed with no additives and no preservatives. The way it should be.

Just over the second wedge of the Oak Ridges Moraine, you’ll find us: a locally owned brewery inspired by the beauty of the Uxbridge trails, dedicated to igniting passion for craft beer in our community and beyond.
More than just Uxbridge’s neighbourhood brewery, we’re a community meeting place and a strong supporter of local music, art and small business collabs. Using traditional Old-World techniques, we at Thornbury Village Cider are committed to producing premium quality apple cider. We craft our ciders in small batches, from locally sourced, fresh pressed apples, taking our time to do it right, to produce a truly Canadian taste, with the dry, crispness of a traditional English cider.
In 2015, Thornbury Village Cidery gained 15 years of brewing heritage by acquiring King Brewery. King Brewery came with a long history of producing premium lagers and all products were rebranded under Thornbury Village Brewery. Today, we are one of the only decoction method brew houses in Canada. Our beer is carefully handcrafted, and we are committed to crafting small-batch European style Pilsners and Lagers that are true to traditional style, with the added freshness of a local product. The commitment to quality has proudly placed Thornbury Village Craft Beer on the award-winning map.

Located just North of Port Perry, Two Blokes is crafting farm to bottle cider made from homegrown apples picked fresh from their own orchard. Two blokes presents a unique line-up of specialty ciders ranging from dry to seasonal blends, enriched by the sunshine and soil of North Durham. Visit their location for tastings, pop-up food pairings and exciting events that support the local agricultural and culinary communities.

Glory Days Brewing Company was founded by two friends with a simple belief: beer is social. We brew great drinking beer that pairs perfectly with moments of friendship, laughter, and reflection. We are focused on crafting the perfect social beer.
SLABTOWN CIDER CO.
Founded in 2017, Slabtown is a family-owned and operated cidery and orchard. Located on the Oak Ridges Moraine just south of Uxbridge and surrounded by forest, trails and rolling fields. We have been working very hard to revitalize over 90 acres of historic fields into one of Canada’s largest collections of unique heritage heirloom apple cider varieties.

Our Beer is a Haven in the craft beer industry. We brew traditional European beers in the traditional European way with bottle conditioning and all. These recipes are based on styles that have existed for hundreds of years. And there’s a reason they have stuck around so long. They’re good! With these beers, you get what you expect. Delicious tasting beer, no surprises. And so, they are a Haven in the industry full of people trying weird new things that you might not enjoy, but find out too late.
